Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into the shipping mailer and include the printed return slip inside.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then secure it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
